Adds authorization for the party to the party.

Parameters

pParty
Type: PDTec.IceNet.Core.Database.UserManagementIParty
The party.
partyName
Type: SystemString
The party name.
authLevel
Type: SystemInt32
The authorization level.
Remarks
This method does not remove authorization even if the authorization level specified is lower than the previously existing level.
