The name of the object type the attribute definition is defined in.
attrDefName: Type: SystemString
The attribute definition name.
value: Type: SystemBoolean
The specified attribute value if the attribute is assigned; otherwise, the default value for the corresponding attribute value type.

Type: Boolean
true if the specified attribute value is assigned; otherwise false.
