Parameters

pObject
Type: PDTec.IceNet.Core.ModelIObject
The folder.
partyName
Type: SystemString
The object name.
authLevel

The authorization level.
Remarks
This method does not remove authorization even if the authorization level specified is lower than the previously existing level.
