Parameters

pPackage
Type: PDTec.IceNet.Core.ModelIPackage
The package.
partyName
Type: SystemString
The party name.
authLevel

The authorization level.
Remarks
This method does not remove authorization even if the authorization level specified is lower than the previously existing level.
